Rangmang Shokudō

Shokudo in Ebisu, Meguro & Around

Fried chicken – which in Japan is lightly coated in a very fine starch – is having a moment and Rangmang Shokudō has a lot to do with that. Each order comes with four or five large bites, so you can eat light or go all out and sample several flavours. Staff recommend starting out with the classic shio (salt).

Wash it down with the shop's signature crisp lemon sour (shōchū liquor, soda and lemon juice) and finish with a bowl of torigara (chicken bone) soup.
