Mensho Tokyo

Ramen in Kōrakuen & Akihabara

Mensho is the new agitator in the Tokyo ramen scene, now with a couple of shops around town, each with a different speciality. At this one, it's a twist on tonkotsu ramen (with soup made from pork bones): lamb bones in the mix, for a similarly rich but slightly gamier broth (with a hint of spices).
