Japanese in Marunouchi & Nihombashi

This restaurant is a showcase for Nihombashi's gourmet retailers, such as Ninben (maker of katsuobushi, or dried bonito flakes, since 1699) and Yamamoto (maker of nori, laver, since 1849), whose ingredients appear in the dishes. Lunchtime set menus (¥1000 to ¥1200) are great value, and there's a riverside terrace in the warmer months.
