Kagurazaka, once a busy geisha teahouse area, is one of the most atmospheric parts of the city to wander around at night and find a nice cafe or bar. Jimbōchō is also strong on cafes, while Akihabara's forté is 'maid cafes' – only a few of them are suitable for a family audience though, and don't even think about taking a photo of the costumed maids who line the streets here.
