Suigian

Performing Arts in Marunouchi & Nihombashi

If you would like an up-close and personal taster of traditional Japanese performing arts, including , kyōgen (comic drama) and courtly dances, make a reservation for one of three 40-minute performances that take place here. The small stage is backed by a beautiful painting of a pine tree, and surrounded by an intimate, sophisticated restaurant and bar.

From 8.30pm (except Sunday) the space becomes the Momokawa Lounge with dance performances on its stage. The easiest way to find Suigian, which is beneath the Coredo Muromachi 2 building, is to locate the steps down from ground level beside the Fukutoku shrine.
