Has a basic touring map in English. Walk about two minutes along the road heading right out of the Tonoshō ferry terminal. For booking online, Shōdo-shima is in Kagawa Prefecture.
It's worth the walk here to get an electric bicycle. It's about 2km from Tonoshō port. Ask at the ferry terminal for a town map with directions.
Inside the Marine Station at the port. A few electric bikes (¥1000 per day) and scooters (¥1500 per day) are also available.
