Next to the ROHM Theatre, Tsutaya has a small selection of books on Japan, somewhat pricey bike rental (3 hours ¥1500) and there's an attached Starbucks making it a convenient stop when museum-hopping and visiting Heian-jingu in the Okazaki area.
