Flights & getting there

There are good road connections from Tempio to Olbia (47km via the SS127), Palau (49km via the SS133) and Arzachena (42km via the SS427).

From Olbia (€3.70, 1¼ hours) there are seven daily ARST buses on weekdays to Tempio and three on Sunday.

The train station, a downhill walk from the centre, comes to life for the summertime trenino verde to/from Sassari (€16, 2¾ hours, Thursday) and Palau (€14, 1¾ hours, Tuesday to Saturday).
