There's a moody downstairs dining room for evenings but during the day join locals for a blackboard menu of small-producer wines by the glass, a plate of cheese, a couple of crostone all lardo (toast pieces with cured pork fat), a big salad or one of the beautifully prepared local dishes such as fillet of pork perfumed with thyme and Garda lemon.

They also do a number of lunchtime panini, cutely called after the region's beloved museums, Mart, Muse and Depero.
