This speciality boutique off Piazza Mattei is devoted to the small yet mighty chilli pepper. Founder Rita Salvadori sources peppers exclusively from her farm in Tuscany, where she cultivates everything from delicate banana pepper to brazen naga morich, as well as the world’s hottest pepper, the Trinidad moruga scorpion. Peppers are artfully concocted into powders, pâtés, jams, oils and seasonings.
