This speciality boutique is devoted to the small yet mighty chilli pepper. Founder Rita Salvadori sources 17 types of pepper from her farm in Tuscany, where she cultivates everything from delicate banana peppers to brazen naga morich and the ferocious Trinidad moruga scorpion, the world’s second hottest pepper. The chillis are then concocted into powders, pâtés, jams, oils and seasonings.
