Ravennati takes on traditional regional dishes include wonderful ricotta-filled cappelletti (stuffed pasta) served in brodo (in broth) or with ragù, and passatelli (pasta made with breadcrumbs, eggs, grated Parmesan cheese and nutmeg). Squaquerone (a creamy cheese) and caramelised figs – usually served in a piadina – is also popular.
