Cycling shore excursion from Livorno port to Pisa and Lucca  including English speaking guide, top notch hybrid bikes and helmets rental and transfer from ship to starting point and back.
The tour start at the ship, where we will meet at the  arranged time and you will be  driven to the tour starting point, in the outskirt of Pisa about 30 minutes away from the port. We will ride through the beautiful Pisa city center, with many  traffic restricted areas. We will go through the alleys and along the river front to discover the many enchanting spots of this medieval city. We will get then to the Miracle Plaza, where the Leaning Tower, the Cathedral and Baptistery are situated.Before arriving at the Leaning Tower we will ride through the picturesque Pisa city center where some highlights will be pointed out and you will hear some facts about the history of Pisa. You will see the Leaning Tower complex with the Cathedral and Baptistery. Tickets can be booked to climb the tower at a cost of 18 Euros per person (not included in the cost of the tour). We will stay there about 1.5 hours.After Pisa we will ride to Lucca on a backroad through the countryside, it will be a 13  miles ride 50  min long one. Lucca is a Tuscany's jewel encircled by a massive wall with a road on the top on which you can ride on!. You  will see the magnificent Cathedral, the Foro, the heart of the roman city, The Fillungo, the main street with its pictoresque shop and workshop. the birthplace of Giacomo Puccini, the famous opera composer and many others. You will spend about 2 hrs here. We will ride the same route back to the car and then to the port. The total riding distance is abour 30  miles on flat terrain
