Getting There & Away
Narni lies 21km south of Todi, just east of the A1 autostrada (from the south take the Magliano Sabina exit; from the north the Orte exit). You can park for free in Parcheggio Suffragio, from where there is an elevator to the centro storico.
Narni is well served by Busitalia buses, mostly to Terni (€2.50, 30 minutes, 4 to 7 per day). Buses leave from Parcheggio Suffragio.
Narni-Amelia train station is in Narni Scalo, 3km north of Narni, and falls along the Rome–Ancona line. Direct trains runs to Rome (€6.25-11.25, one hour, every 30 minutes), Perugia (€6.60,two hours, three per day), Spoleto (€4, 45 minutes, hourly) and Terni (€1.75, 15 minutes, every 30 minutes); and to Orvieto (€4.75, one hour, hourly) with a change in Orte.
Bus line N1 connects the station with Piazza Garibaldi in the centro storico (€1.30, 15 minutes, 25 per day)
