This intimate open kitchen wears many hats: pop-up aperitivo bar, occasional artisan providore and cooking school. All are united by an ethos of sustainable, mindful, locavore eating. Cooking courses focus on numerous themes, from gluten-free and Mediterranean cooking, to vegan pastry making. Courses in English are available for groups of five or more and should be requested at least two weeks ahead.
