Seafood shines at this refined, contemporary restaurant. Reserve a linen-draped table and swoon over classic-with-a-twist dishes like fresh busiate pasta with basil pesto, sweet Mazara prawns and toasted almonds; the primi (first courses) are especially notable. Leave room for the croccante di mandorle (Sicilian almond torrone), served with a ricotta and pistachio mousse. Service is gracious and outdoor tables are available in summer.
