This family-run business makes gelato of the highest quality, entirely from scratch and without added preservatives or colours. The emphasis is on excellent raw ingredients, such as yoghurt from Alto Adige, single origin chocolate from Central America and pistachios from Sicily. Flavours include the classics and those that are more exotic, such as white melon with Sichuan pepper.
