Pastries in Quadrilatero d'Oro & Porta Venezia

Try not to argue over the frolla al cacao, an insanely good crumb tart filled with ganache and topped by raw chocolate nuggets. After all, it's just one of the temptations dreamed up by pastry maestros Diego, Luca and Giovanni. There's also San Franciscan sourdough, savoury brioche filled with ricotta and sundried tomatoes, and almond kipfel (flaky crescent-shaped pastry).
