Good wines accompany the short but sweet menu at this cosy eatery straddling Marsala's historic walls. The nightly evolving mix of antipasti, primi and secondi (three to four in each category) might include anything from seafood couscous to a tris di arancine (three re-imagined versions of Sicily's classic rice balls, filled respectively with meat, eggplant and ricotta, and squid ink).
