Young artisan ice-cream maker, Alberto Bati, partner Giulia and sister Deborah have taken the city by storm with their thoroughly contemporary, artisan gelateria near Piazza San Marco. The 16 sensational flavours include dark chocolate with Chianti red wine, ginger mandarin, black sesame and Araminta (a wonderful palette-cleansing fusion of mint, orange and cinnamon).
