Created by authoritative Italian-American foodie (and food critic) Coral Sisk, who started in Florence, these excellent themed food tours (cocktails, markets, progressive dining crawls etc) closely follow all the movements (slow, artisan, farm-to-table) and take no more than six on culinary journeys through several of Emilia-Romagna's 40 plus consortium-protected DOP traditional products. Tours depart at 10am Monday to Friday. Skip breakfast.

Highlights in addition to the food and drink include a pasta making demo in a female-run artisan pasta laboratory.
