The tour starts inside the famous Cappella dei Magi, located inside the magnificent Palazzo Medici Riccardi. Here, following your professional local guide, you will admire and receive a captivating description of the “Procession of the Magi” a marvelous cycle of frescoes painted by Benozzo Gozzoli between 1459 and 1461, to celebrate the Medici family supremacy.Palazzo Medici Riccardi, you will be able to retrace the same itinerary that was followed by the prestigious cavalcade in the past.
