Kayaking in Upper Galilee & Golan

Rafting the Jordan is a supremely refreshing – and challenging – way to experience the world-famous stream. Taking on the wild, untamed Yarden Harari (16km in three to five hours; departs at 10am) costs 400NIS per person (minimum age 15). The company's Regular Route (one to 1½ hours; minimum age five) costs 93NIS per person in a two-person inflatable kayak or a raft with room for three to eight.

Also offers a zipline (25NIS) and mountain biking (80NIS; not available when the 8km, 1½-hour riverside track is too muddy). Has a kosher restaurant that specialises in grilled meat and fish. Situated 11km northeast of Rosh Pina and 1.6km north of Gadot Junction on Rte 91; from the northeastern corner of the Sea of Galilee, take Rte 888.
