Sleeping

Metula makes an excellent base for exploring this area, as do villages such as Beit Hillel, which are filled with signs for B&Bs, most of them in Hebrew. The area also has a number of campgrounds.

Eating

Most of the area's eateries are on or near Rte 99. At Gan HaTzafon (HaTzafon Garden) shopping mall, on Rte 99 4km east of Rte 90, you can find falafel, sushi and other fast food, and there are several well-regarded, seven-day-a-week restaurants. At proper restaurants, it’s a good idea to reserve ahead on Friday night and Saturday.
