Olivier Meisonnave's posh-rustic basement restaurant, named after his hometown north of Biarritz, is popular with serious foodies. They come for the expertly made dishes such as fillet of halibut with a fennel confit, piquillo pepper cream and chickpea fritter and Irish samphire with Irish mussels dressing; or the locally sourced fillet of beef, served with caramelised shallots and fondant potato.
