Need a breather from the hustle and bustle of Dublin? Take the opportunity to venture beyond the city's concrete jungle and visit the legendary Cliffs of Moher in County Clare. Get to stand at the top of the cliffs, marvel at the gorgeous expanse of the open sea, and admire its azure hue as you revel in the tranquil atmosphere generated by the sound of rippling waters and crashing waves. There are several attractions in the cliffs that you can see and pass by as you walk around it, such as the Moher Hill Open Farm, Hag's Head, the Branaunmore sea stack, and O'Brien's Tower. A wide variety of flora and fauna live on the cliffs; majority of the creatures you'll see are Bilberry goats, Atlantic puffins, and if you're lucky enough, dolphins and basking sharks. You'll also learn about the significance of the cliffs in Irish history and folklore through the stories of an insightful tour guide, who will accompany you all throughout the tour. Potterheads are going to geek out in this area because the cliffs were used as a film location for the sixth Harry Potter film. The cliffs are located southwest of the humble town of Doolin, which you will visit as well. Doolin is considered to be the traditional music capital of Ireland and it serves as home to the country's burgeoning surfing scene. There's also a lot of wonderful restaurants and pubs around the village, so if you have cash and free time to spare, you can go buy yourself a meal and have a wee little drink or two. This is definitely a tour for the ages and it's a must for nature lovers.Itinerary: • 9:45am meet up at Dublin Visitor Centre • 10:00am depart for the Cliffs of Moher • 2:00pm arrive at the Cliffs of Moher and enter its Visitor Centre • Roam around the Cliffs of Moher • 4:05pm Visit the town of Doolin • 8:30pm return to Dublin Insider Tips: • It's recommended that you wear comfortable shoes and a jacket/coat How To Use • You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity • This voucher is valid only on the date specified
