Sisters Jacqueline and Eithne Barry draw on a terrific network of local suppliers that they've built up over three decades to help them realise their culinary ambitions – the freshest Cork food cooked simply, without frills. The menu changes daily: smoked quail with celeriac remoulade, perhaps, or Castletownbere crab with spaghetti and herbs. Two-course dinners (€24) are served Tuesday to Thursday, and pre-6.30pm Friday and Saturday.
