Motevibashi Hotel

Top choice heritage hotel in Mahan

The classic, 180-year-old house of Aramgah's one-time motevibashi (caretaker) has been tastefully converted into an eight-room boutique hotel using traditional fabrics and earthenware decoration, with full mod cons and breakfast served on the grand porch facing the shrine. Most rooms are triples; the one double is a little small but adorably appointed.

If accompanied by management, guests can walk along the exclusive pedestrian viaducts that once gave the motevibashi direct access to the Aramgah complex.
