This locally owned phinisi, a traditional Indonesian wooden ship, in 2017 became the first budget-friendly liveaboard in the Raja Ampat Islands. It's an unbeatable option for those looking to remain somewhat solvent while exploring the best of the islands above and below the sea, including far-flung attractions around Misool, Wayag and Pianynemo.
The ship offers three air-conditioned double cabins, and makes trips to and from Sorong when eight or more passengers book. The trips take place year-round, but are weather-dependent. Dive gear is included.
The owners also run Yenkoranu Homestay, recommended budget accommodations on Pulau Kri.
