Lombok is rarely a traveller's first point of entry to Indonesia, but its airport does receive international flights from Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
Citizens of most countries can receive a 30-day visa for free upon arrival. Keep in mind that this visa cannot be extended, and you'll be fined 300,000Rp for each day you overstay. If you have obtained a 60-day visa in advance, be sure the immigration official at the airport gives you a 60-day tourist card.
