Day 1: Amritsar – Dharamshala by car [220 Kms./approx. 5 Hrs]You would be picked up from your hotel / airport in Amritsar by our driver (Pick up time between 0:800 -11:00 AM) . Set off in an air-conditioned car to the dreamy hill station Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh. The driver will drop you at your hotel to enjoy comfortable stay in the room.Day 2: Dharamshala SightseeingDharamshala is a beautiful hill-station situated at a height of 1457 metres in Himachal Pradesh. It is the second capital of Himachal Pradesh state after Shimla. You will be taken for sightseeing after breakfast in the morning. First visit will be to ‘Chamunda Devi Temple’, an ancient 700 yrs old temple devoted to Hindu Goddess Durga also called Chamunda. Then move to the ashram (hermitage) ‘Chinmaya Tapovan’ founded by Swami Chimayananda tucked on the banks of rivulet Bindu Saras. You will be moved by its peaceful atmosphere housing meditation hall, health and recreation centre, Lord Ram temple and a 9 metre high idol of Hindu God Hanuman.Continue the tour in the warmth of Lukewarm Sun shining bright in the clear sky. Walk to ‘Norbulingka Institute’ set up in 1988 and known for promoting the Tibetan culture by spreading knowledge about it. Watch carefully the artistic and literary forms displayed inside the institute speaking a lot about Tibetan culture. Right at a short walk is located an emerald ‘Dal Lake’ encompassed by deodar (pine) trees with Lord Rama temple on its banks. Then you will be taken to ‘Dalai Lama Temple’ famous for being home to Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama. The temple boasts striking idols of Lord Buddha and with impressive Buddhist interiors.         After an interesting sightseeing you will be dropped back at the hotel to spend a leisure evening followed by warm night stay.      Day 3: Dharamshala – Amritsar by carWake up to a refreshing morning with delicious breakfast served by the hotel. The driver will come to receive you post breakfast and then drive you back to Amritsar subsequently drop at your hotel or Airport.
