Indian in Mumbai (Bombay)

One of South Mumbai's most-storied thali restaurants, all veg Chetana serves several top-end varieties of India's ubiquitous platter lunch, including Gujarati, Rajhastani and Maharashtra versions. We prefer the latter, a spiced culinary adventure through regional dishes such as alu chi patal bhaaji (colocasia leaf curry with peanuts) and gavarichi bhaji (cluster beans with green chillis). Expensive but justified.
