She is originally from Lucknow and knows a lot about the local food and culture of the historical city.Join Anubha in the kitchen for a fun cooking session. She will guide you on making Kathal Kebabs (melt in the mouth vegetarian kebabs made with jackfruit, ginger, garlic and spices), Shami Kebabs (the non-vegetarian version made with succulent minced lamb and spices) and try your hand at making soft Laccha Parathas (soft, layered Indian flatbread). Anubha will also talk you through all the spices that are used in Indian cooking and how they can be used in daily cooking. After your cooking session, indulge in an elaborate home-cooked meal with Anubha and her family over great conversations. Get some local tips and sights to visit around!
