Please note that the apartments are spread across different blocks of Green Park but all check-in and key collection will take place in our office at: H-4 Green Park (between 9 am to 8 pm) unless specified otherwise, where guests will be provided directions to their allotted apartment & other helpful information. Luggage can also be left here in case of early arrival. A prior appointment needs to be scheduled in order to check-in outside office hours using the contact details found on your booking confirmation and may be subject to an additional fee.
Please note that for Bookings done without providing Credit Card, guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with a payment link or bank account details. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made as per the Cancellation Policy within 24 hours once email is received.
Please note that if the Property cannot get pre-authorisation on the guest's credit card or if payment is not received as per agreed Cancellation Policy, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice. Please note that the guest's credit card will be debited by the bank's merchant named Blue Leaf Corp.
Please note the card holder must be present during check-in and all guests must provide a valid ID (passport, driver's license or national ID card) at check-in. All booking confirmations are valid only on successful payment and upon presentation of relevant identification documents.
Please note that once guests have checked in, the total amount of the reservation is applicable and non-refundable. Full payment is required on arrival. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, extra guests will be charged.

In case of non-social behaviour or complaint, guests agree to vacate the apartment immediately without refund or redress.
