Yoga and Meditation Experience is a half-day tour where guests get to learn the basics as well as the nuances of Yoga and Meditation. An instructor will guide the guests through Yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation. This is an escorted tour where we take care of pick up and drop, breakfast and Yoga session.
6AM- Hotel pick up630AM- Yoga is a practice that brings about the sublime union of your mind, body and soul that aids in self-discovery. In this tour an accomplished Yoga instructor will guide you through this journey of self-discovery. The session will start with a grounding on the basics of Yoga. You will learn how to do Pranayama, the art of breathing. This will be followed by an introduction to the gentle poses of Yoga. In the next stage, you will undergo Mindful Asana practice for creating a smooth ride for yourself with your breath and your awareness. Regular practice of Asanas will help in stress relief, inner peace, improved immunity, and control over mind and emotions.The last module of the session will focus on Shavasana Meditation. This will help rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit.
