Come on and join us on this wild nature tour. We have put together a great experience mixed with laughter, health, nature and going out of your comfort zone. If you are interested in any of these 4 things, then this is an ideal tour for you. Swimming, bathing or showering in cold water does so much good for your body, health and mood. Our guide has been doing this for a long time and does not take hot showers any more. You will meet up in Nauthólsvík and from there you will either swim or just bathe in the North Atlantic ocean. The tempeture can be from -2 to 14 degrees celcius. This will be one of top experience of your life. Not many are doing this, but the locals do a lot of this. So if you want to do what the Icelandic locals do, then come with us. After the swim or bath, you will relax in hot tub or/and in a steam bath. The view from the hot tub is amazing.
We will be swimming in the sea at Nauthólsvík, which is Reykjaviks only beach and has a white sand that was imported from another country.Our guide, who is an experienced sea swimmer will share his knowledge as well as his personal experiences. If you are looking for something to eat or drink afterwards we can of course arrange something. Duration:1 hourMeeting point:At NautólsvíkIf you are in Reykjavík and need a lift, we are able to pick you up and drop you off again afterwards, for an additional fee of 1,000 ISK.What you need to bring:Swimwear and a towel.You can hire swimwear for an additional price.Included:Access to the showers are included in the price.
