Itinerary

Day 1 Mykonos Arrival day. Join your group at 5pm for a welcome meeting and safety briefing before beginning the sailing journey to Santorini. Enjoy a night cap on the boat or head out to explore Mykonos by night. Additional Notes: On the Greek Islands sailing trips, the G Adventures skipper will offer to make a food kitty for small items, such as ice, water, coffee, tea, milk, snacks, drinks, and so on. The average amount suggested for the kitty is around EUR50 per person, per week. Included Activities: Arrival Day and Welcome Meeting Mykonos Island Excursion
Day 2 Mykonos/Cyclades While in the Southern Cyclades stroll through the "most elegant square in Greece" in Syros. Head out on an optional all-day adventure to discover the best Naxos has to offer: the Temple of Dimitra, a microbrewery, views of Mt Zeus, and a fresh meal at a local tavern. Uncover the beauty of the Venetian ruins in Paros before going cave exploring in Antiparos. While on Ios relax on famous Magganari beach and don't forget to visit Homer's tomb. Walk and hike through the trails and paths of Sifnos before stopping at a local ceramic workshop. No trip is complete without wandering around the breathtaking cliffside city of Hora, enjoy cocktails while the sun sets over the whitewashed buildings that scatter the landscape. On arriving in Santorini, enjoy the white-washed village scenes of this volcanic, paradise island. Be sure to catch a spectacular sunset in the evening. Additional Notes: Please note: While it is our intention to adhere to the route described above, there is a certain amount of flexibility built into the itinerary and on occasion it may be necessary, or desirable to make alterations. On Day 1 of your tour you will be advised of any amendments. Day 7 Cyclades/Santorini Arrive at Santorini Island. Transport: 16m (52 ft) Mediterranean Sailing Yacht
Day 8 Santorini Join the group at 5pm to welcome new travellers, before beginning the sailing journey to Kos.
Days 9-14 Cyclades/Dodecanese Islands Spend the next few days sailing through the Cyclades and Dodecanese Islands on the way to Kos. Relax on the boat, pick up a few sailing tricks, and explore these islands from remote ports and anchorages. Possible stops include: Kinaros & Levitha, Leros, Kalymnos, Sirna, Astypalea, Tilos, Halki, Nisyros, Amorgos and with plenty of free time and no included activities, the skipper will be on hand to offer suggestions for the best way to explore each stop. Day 15 Kos Depart after breakfast.
