Parasties’ owner Haris is Iraklio’s answer to a restaurateur who is genuine about serving great-quality local produce and top Cretan wines. And his passion shows in his small but gourmet menu of inventively updated traditional fare, including several daily specials, all prepared by a fleet of cooks in the open kitchen.

Decor is stylish and you can eat al fresco or indoors and watch the chef toss her snails and other delights in the open kitchen.
