Flights & getting there


Milos National Airport (MLO) is 4km southwest around the bay from Adamas. Sky Express ( and Olympic Air ( both fly here from Athens.


Adamas, the island's main port, is on the main western Cyclades ferry route. In the high season, destinations include Piraeus (€40 to €58, 2¾ to 6½ hours, six daily), Serifos (€8 to €18, one to two hours, five daily), Sifnos (€7 to €16, one hour, seven daily), Folegandros (€29 to €40, one hour, four daily) and Santorini (€39 to €53, two hours, four daily). There are also ferries from Pollonia to Kimolos.
