Flights & getting there

Air

Milos National Airport (MLO) is 4km southwest around the bay from Adamas. Sky Express (www.skyexpress.gr) and Olympic Air (www.olympicair.com) both fly here from Athens.

Sea

Adamas, the island's main port, is on the main western Cyclades ferry route. In the high season, destinations include Piraeus (€40 to €58, 2¾ to 6½ hours, six daily), Serifos (€8 to €18, one to two hours, five daily), Sifnos (€7 to €16, one hour, seven daily), Folegandros (€29 to €40, one hour, four daily) and Santorini (€39 to €53, two hours, four daily). There are also ferries from Pollonia to Kimolos.
