Explore the practice of yoga as we connect our mind and body with the elements of the wind and the sea. Experience the purity of sailing with a daily practice among the natural elements on sandy beaches.This week is all about isolation and self exploration. We depart from Paros - Piso Livadi and head to the the remote island of Despotiko. The Journey continues southwards to the small Cyclades as spend our nights under the stars in isolated coves, away from ports and marinas in the islands of Schoinousa, Koufonisia and Keros . Our route will then take us to even remote islets with Amorgos and Donousa serving as our re-provisioning stopovers and Paros as our final destination.
