Named for the patron saint of cooks, this 'factory' is really a two-level restaurant focusing on good ingredients and rarer Greek recipes. Service can be a little patchy (all those stairs), but when everything is swinging, it's the perfect combination of bountiful, healthy food, excellent wine (a co-owner is a winemaker) and great atmosphere. Book ahead on weekends.
