Hidden away and with an intimate feel, this traditional place, in business since 1865, specialises in bakaliaros, toothsome cod fried in pillow-light batter and spiked with garlicky sauce. Everything else is solid too, aided by quality house wine, naturally chilled in barrels set in the bedrock. A real treat in Plaka.
