No fewer than 27 varieties of pork or chicken schnitzel are served at this exposed brick-and-timber city-centre restaurant with barrel tables: Gorgonzola-topped, Dijon mustard-doused, slathered in sherry-cream sauce, Swiss-style with cheese and ham, Hawaiian-style with pineapple, plus a fiery Teufelsschnitzel ('devil schnitzel') with corn, kidney beans, pepperoni, olives and fresh chilli. Other dishes include rump steaks, burgers and meal-sized salads.
