Just beside the Kaiserdom, this historic brewery has a courtyard beer garden shaded by chestnut trees. Regional specialities, some prepared using the three beers brewed on the premises (light, dark and wheat), include fried local sausages with sauerkraut cooked in light beer, and liver dumplings in dark-beer-and-beef broth.

Small portions of adult dishes are available for kids.
