Soaring Gothic vaults make this 15th-century former hospital a fabulously atmospheric spot to try inventive twists on German cuisine: wild garlic and Riesling soup, pork tenderloin with herb Spätzle (hand-rolled noodles), rib-eye with forest mushrooms, and apple strudel with spicy Killepitsch (herb and berry liqueur) ice cream. Weekend breakfast is served until 4pm.
