At the Bootcamp & Training you train in a small-group.It is a 50 Minutes Fitness class where you get a "sweaty experience".You get the exercises and the training from a qualified Instructor. The sport exercises are body weight (Calisthenics) training or are performed with small sport gear like Kettlebell or Medicinball.The Camp is for 50 Minutes. You can choose between different times: 8:15, 9:15, 10:15If the times are inconvenient for you, you can request for a different. The exercises are customizable for all Fitness Levels. From Beginner to Athlete all are welcome. It is expected that you give your best and make an effort.Your trainer is awaiting you.
After check-in, your trainer takes you to the Training area. Depending on the weather outdoor or in indoor in the „dungeon“First there is a Warm up followed by mobility exercises to improve movement and work on agility.Then your Trainer shows you the workout exercises and you learn how to perform them. Technique is more important than repetitions.Now it gets serious: A 20 Minute workout starts. Here you need to give your best.The Session ends with Compensation (Cooldown) – this ensures to „deload“ the used muscles and activate the muscles you did not use that much. This happens by working through some Yoga-poses The exercises are fitted to you Fitness level.Your Trainer is a certified TACFIT Field instructor and Strength Coach.
