Alsatian in Bremen City

A little tucked-away Das Viertel restaurant with cool jazz music, Tarte is dedicated to the Alsatian speciality Flammkuchen. A large piece of flatbread is covered in crème fraîche and baked with delicious combinations of meat, cheese and vegetable toppings, such as bacon, onions and Emmentaler cheese. Vegan versions are available, too. There's a small list of French and German wines.
