At the Rhein Hotel, slow food-focused Stübers specialises in regional dishes such as Rieslingbraten (Riesling-marinated braised beef) and Steeger Hinkelsdreck (chicken-liver pâté with red wine, toasted almonds and grape jelly), with small versions of German favourites for kids. Although the terrace overlooks the Rhine, it's metres from the railway line, so dining inside is a more peaceful experience.
