This palace of excellent service and facilities is aimed at a business and international-organisation crowd, so is rather formal and quiet. The rooms are spacious, with supercomfortable beds, and the bathrooms are huge. The hotel also houses the Majestic Restaurant (with Italian food), as well as a ballroom and a very good fitness centre. Originally built in 1914–15, the hotel was reduced to a burnt-out shell during the 1991–92 fighting. Marriott restored it to more than its former splendour and reopened it in 2002.
Please note that the name of the guest needs to correspond with the name on the credit card when booking. If another person will stay other than the card owner, hotel needs to be informed.
