Here is the detailed description of this tour. 07:30 We will meet up at your hotel 08:15 leaving Tbilisi with traditional Georgian songs performed by local musicians. 09:15 We will visit the first wine cellar where we will taste Georgian wine and Chacha 10:00 You will have a masterclass on baking Georgian bread shoti. You will taste it with organic cheese, Of course with wine. 11:15 We will drive to Bodbe monastery where Saint Nino, the enlightner of Georgia, spent her last years. We will see a wonderful church decorated with beautiful murals. 12:00 We will use zip line to head to Signaghi, the city of love. We will explore this tiny city with quads and enjoy wonderful views. 13:50 Now you have a chance to acknowledge our culture. We will visit the family who produce organic wine. Before we start our supra, you will participate in distillation process of “chacha”(Georgian grappa) and making traditional sweet Churchkhela. After, We will make Georgian barbecue Mtsvadi and start our supra. Here You will experience true Georgian hospitality with wonderful meals and wine. Enjoy! 17:00 We will drive to Tbilisi. You will have enough time to get ready for New Year’s event.
