Swimming through the intense cobalt blue water towards the entrance of this gigantic pass is an unsurpassable experience. Expect to come across hunting sharks, numerous reef fish and, if you’re lucky, manta rays and dolphins. The dive usually finishes at Ali Baba Cavern, a large coral basin at 20m, replete with schooling fish.

When the tide is going out, you dive along the outer reef at Ohotu or Maiuru, away from the current. Here you can find some really healthy coral gardens and scenic white-sand valleys.
